Instant estimate software built for lawn care, mowing, and landscaping crews.
LawnCareCalc turns a 5-minute chat about your pricing into a shareable calculator your customers actually use. They get an instant price range. You stop driving out for $50 estimates.
Tell an AI how you price lot sizes, frequencies, and add-ons. It writes a clean policy you can read and edit.
Drop the link on your site, Facebook, Google Business, or a text reply.
Customers get an instant range. You hear from the ones who are actually ready.
You already know your pricing cold. You just need a way to stop driving out to quote every tire-kicker who calls.
Weekly mows are easy. Leaf cleanups, bed work, hedge trimming — each one burns a site visit to quote. Let customers self-serve on the simple stuff.
The "how much for my yard?" messages start Sunday evening and run till Tuesday. A share link turns "can you come look?" into "here's the range, let me know."
You already have a way to price jobs — drive out to look, take the call and do math in your head, trade Facebook messages all week. LawnCareCalc isn't trying to replace your CRM. It's trying to replace the hours your week loses to pricing new customers.
| How you price now | Your time per new customer | When the customer sees a number | Weeds out tire-kickers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drive out for a free estimate | 45–90 min, plus drive time | After you show up on site | No — you're already there |
| Take the call, quote on the phone | 10–20 min per call | Mid-call, if you're sharp | Weak — they still have you on the line |
| Facebook or text back-and-forth | Spread across days | Eventually, if they keep replying | Weak — slow drop-off, not filtering |
| LawnCareCalc | Zero, after the setup chat | Instantly, any time they click the link | Yes — they see the range before you do |
"Setup chat" is a one-time ~5-minute conversation where you tell an AI how you price. You do it once, not per customer.
As accurate as the pricing rules you write. The AI doesn't invent numbers — it reads your policy and does your math. If your policy says "$75–$95 for a quarter acre, plus $25 per add-on," that's exactly what the customer sees. Tune the policy any time; the calculator updates with it.
A range, always. That's the whole point of calling it an estimate instead of a quote. The calculator returns something like "$85–$110 per visit" with a footnote that the final number is confirmed on-site. Nobody's locked in — not you, not the customer.
Yes — free during beta, no credit card, no trial timer. When we introduce paid plans you'll know well in advance, and the calculator you already built won't break when that happens.
Today the calculator is a hosted page at a LawnCareCalc URL you drop into your site, Google Business profile, or a text reply. Embed support (iframe or script tag) is on the roadmap — a known gap, not a principled no.
Alongside. LawnCareCalc sits upstream of your CRM: instant estimate → qualified lead → you enter it in Jobber or whatever you use. We're not trying to be your job manager, your invoicing, or your scheduler.
Edit the policy, save, and the calculator updates. Customers who already got an estimate keep whatever they saw; any new visitor gets the new math immediately. No redeploy, no downtime.
